THE SPREAD
Beginning on Friday, February 12, and running through Sunday, February 14, we’re offering a three-course prix fixe amour-inspired menu in addition to our award-winning full a la carte menu. If you choose to enjoy the Valentine's prix fixe menu, begin the evening with a complimentary glass of champagne, followed by the Executive Chef's specially selected plates. Scrumptious Appetizers—Fall in love with our Oysters Rockefeller with crispy spicy shallots or start of light with the Radicchio Salad with macadamia nuts, pound cake croutons, bacon lardons, pickled gala apples, and apple cider vinaigrette. A third option includes the mesclun greens salad with chopped hazelnuts, preserved strawberries, and delicately dressed with a white chocolate vinaigrette. Exquisite Entrées—Sweethearts will savor Pumpkin-Crusted Lamb Loin cooked to perfection accompanied by coconut farro risotto, braised mustard carrots and a mint passion fruit reduction. A Surf & Turf Filet & Lobster combo might just rekindle the flame, with shitake mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes and a merlot demi glace. Or choose the Poached Halibut with wild mushrooms basmati rice, and pickled ginger. A final option includes our Signature Overnight Braised Short Rib accompanied by razor clams, garlic mashed potatoes, snap peas and a merlot reduction.
Decadent Dessert—Executive pastry chef Sam Nahhas’ Valentine's Sweet Heart cake has baked with love a decadent Chocolate Marquis cake for the grand finale. Let your teeth sink into moist chocolate cake with fresh raspberry and Grand Marnier. Each bite is sure to make you fall in love over and over again.
