Taking the helm at Normandy Farm Hotel and "the farmer’s daughter" restaurant, Executive Chef Mtele Abubakar is an enormous talent and one of the area’s most gifted chefs. He has mastered the culinary art of Modern Farm Cooking, a concept that brings the historic Normandy Farm Hotel back to its roots.
