Desserts Suitable for Framing (But We’d Rather Devour Them)

“You won’t see these desserts anywhere else,” touts executive pastry chef Sam Nahhas. “They are one of a kind.” And that they are: Some of the most exquisitely produced works of confectionery art with whimsical brushstrokes of flair and an over the top triple-wow factor. Perfectly suitable for enviable Instagram pics, these concoctions will have your eyes popping, your mouth watering and your mind in a sweetly induced coma.

When asked how long it takes him to come up with the multitude of diverse flavors, textures and stunning color palettes that defy tradition, chef Sam quips, “I usually construct the dessert two or three times and go have a cup of coffee in between attempts. When I come back to it and I am still happy with the design, then my work is complete.”

Chef Sam also enjoys the change of seasons at Normandy Farm and relishes the opportunity to incorporate newer ingredients, methodologies and colors to his sinful sensations. He is truly a master scientist, chemist and baker all “rolled into one” (see what we did there?).

We’ll list a few choice dessert menu descriptions here—but let the photos do the talking for this one. Enjoy.
