Flatbreads & Salads with Seasonal Flavor

Fresh ingredients and autumn-inspired pairings take center stage in our flatbread and salad selections.

The Sweet Potato Flatbread combines roasted sweet potatoes with peppery arugula, poached cranberries and feta cheese, finished with a balsamic drizzle. For a refreshing balance of sweet and savory, the Poached Pear & Beet Salad features poached pears, pickled beets, frisée lettuce, crumbled feta, candied pecans and champagne vinaigrette.

Sandwiches Made for Fall

Our new sandwich offerings bring together comforting classics and creative combinations, perfect for a leisurely lunch or a satisfying midday meal.

The Poached Pear & Bacon Grilled Cheese gives a familiar favorite a seasonal twist with poached pears, bacon and Cooper American cheese between slices of house-made sourdough bread.

For a sweet-and-savory combination, the Turkey Pan Perdu pairs carved turkey breast with cranberry mayonnaise, banana peppers and white cheddar cheese on challah bread prepared French toast-style.

The Whiskey Barrel Grilled Chicken Panini layers grilled chicken breast, bacon, smoked gouda and spinach with honey mustard and whiskey glaze on ciabatta bread. Looking for a vegetarian option? The Grilled Portobello Panini features balsamic-marinated mushrooms, avocado, sautéed spinach and smoked gouda on ciabatta bread.

Three gourmet dishes on a table: Cast Iron Seared Lamb Rack, Gnocchi Parisenne, Garlic Hummus.

Hearty Dinner Entrees

As the weather cools, our dinner entrees bring warmth and depth to the table, featuring comforting ingredients, savory sauces and seasonal produce.

The Whiskey Cashew Stuffed Chicken Roulade combines spinach and sesame filling with roasted cashews, cippolini onions and butternut squash purée, finished with a whiskey glaze.

For a seasonal vegetarian entree, the Maple Roasted Squash Risotto features butternut squash, spinach, mascarpone, Parmesan Reggiano and toasted walnuts. Creamy and rich, it captures the comforting flavors of autumn in every bite.

Seafood lovers can enjoy the Truffle Bay Scallop Pasta, featuring bucatini, wild mushrooms, crispy kale, pine nuts and Parmesan Reggiano tossed in a truffle Parmesan cream sauce. The Crispy Skin Salmon, served with parsnip coulis and sautéed Swiss chard, offers a lighter yet satisfying option.

For a classic, slow-cooked favorite, the 12-Hour Braised Short Rib is served with roasted red pepper coulis, sautéed leeks and demi-glace. Tender and full of flavor, it is a fitting centerpiece for a cozy fall dinner.
